Terms of Service

The rules that govern your use of the Syndicate Links platform.

Terms of Service

Effective: March 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Syndicate Links platform ("Service"), operated by Tilos, Inc. DBA Syndicate Links ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Syndicate Links is an API-first attribution and commission infrastructure layer that connects merchants, publishers, and autonomous AI agents. The Service includes the merchant dashboard, affiliate portal, REST API, and all related tools for managing commission programs, tracking referrals and conversions, and processing payouts.

3. Accounts and Registration

You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including API keys. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Merchant Obligations

  • You must accurately describe your products and commission structures.
  • Commission rates set in your affiliate program are binding once an affiliate joins.
  • You are responsible for fulfilling orders and honoring commissions on valid conversions.
  • You may not retroactively reduce commission rates on tracked conversions.

5. Affiliate and Publisher Obligations

  • You must promote merchant products honestly and in compliance with applicable laws, including FTC disclosure requirements.
  • You may not engage in click fraud, cookie stuffing, or any form of artificial traffic generation.
  • Automated promotion via AI agents must comply with the same standards as human-initiated promotion.

6. API Usage

  • API access is subject to rate limits based on your plan tier.
  • You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API beyond its documented endpoints.
  • API keys are confidential. You are liable for any actions taken with your keys.

7. Commission Payouts

Commissions are calculated based on tracked and verified conversions. Payouts are processed according to your plan's payout schedule (monthly or weekly) via your selected payment rail (Stripe, Bitcoin Lightning, or USDC on Base). We reserve the right to withhold payouts pending fraud review.

8. Fees and Billing

Merchants pay platform fees and tracking fees as described on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly. We may change pricing with 30 days' written notice. Continued use after a pricing change constitutes acceptance.

9. Fraud and Abuse

We employ automated fraud detection including multi-signal scoring. Accounts flagged for fraud may be suspended or terminated. We reserve the right to void commissions generated through fraudulent activity.

10. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to display merchant program details to affiliates within the marketplace. We retain all rights to the Syndicate Links platform, brand, and technology.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits or lost commissions. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, outstanding verified commissions will still be paid out. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
